At Uniglobe Travel Designers, we have expertise in planning group trips and pride ourselves on creating once in a lifetime experiences for our clients. Our group specialists have arranged everything from sending over a thousand people to the Rose Bowl to cheer the Buckeyes on to victory to sending 20 family members on a cruise to the Caribbean. Group Travel Services
- - Customized options based on group's wants, needs and budget
- - Complete travel arrangements including: accommodations, flights, transfers, insurance, etc. for all of your guests regardless of where their travel originates
- - Assist in promotion of group (provide advice, attend presentations, etc.)
- - Create flyers for group leader to distribute - flyer will include package details, pricing, schedule of deposits/payments, etc.
- - Customized package and payment plan options for you and your guests
- - 24 hour emergency assistance while you are traveling
- - Uniglobe Travel Designers' Group Amenities (vary depending on group size)
Getting Started:
- - Gauge interest with your potential group – possibly survey to determine the best time of year to travel, desired length and destination
- - Contact your Travel Designer up to a year in advance to begin
- - We will help pick the best itinerary for your group’s budget and needs
- - We will package the cruise detailing price, itinerary, complimentary items, and schedule of deposits/payments
- - We will create a flyer/sign up form for you to distribute to group members -
- Begin promoting the cruise to your group (9 to 12 months in advanced is recommended for the best turn out)
