The UNIGLOBE Total Quality Control Program provides accurate travel reservations and offers search and research ability to check for seats, lower fares and waitlist clearance. Our automated quality control check system works for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week to continue to find the best travel options after you have made your travel reservations.
The program offers the following services:
- Quality Check - checks the details of each reservation including date and time for accuracy, travel policy specifications and accurate reporting.

It continues to search for a lower fare after ticketing until the day of departure, allowing the client to save the company money if the fare is fully refundable or is a decrease in fare more than the $100 non-refundable exchange fee.
- Automated Itinerary Updates and E-Ticket Expiration Warning - notifies the traveler of any itinerary changes such as travel advisories by email or fax.
- Xpedition Webfare search engine checks Internet fares along with the agency's computer system and consolidator fares. The program searches over 20 different sites to give the best options.
